If you've been facing a black screen when opening the game and it immediately closes afterwards, there's a few things that could be happening. 
First, make sure that you've followed the troubleshooting steps included in the game's readme. If that doesn't work, there's a chance that, if your computer has multiple display adapters (for example, an integrated GPU and a dedicated GPU simultaneously), the game might be targeting the one with weaker performance to try and run it. Since the game does require a stronger GPU than your usual Touhou game, this might be fixable by specifically pointing your computer to use the stronger one to run the game.

We'll keep trying to make this process easier or automatic for all users, but for now, this can be a fix for a good chunk of users, as I've seen a good amount of cases of this working.

In regards to low performance, as said in the game's readme, please try reducing the bullet shadow opacity to 0% and turning the background type mode to Light, this helps a lot in most cases. Some laptop users have also said that changing the computer's power saving mode to high performance also helps fix stuttering issues.

I've been working closely with the engine developer to further improve game performance, but it's a process that takes time. A few scenes have already been optimized, but there's a lot to be done about the overall core performance.
