東方稀濳群　～ Unstable and Unimaginable Power

Touhou Kisengun (Rare and Concealed Crowd) ~ Unstable and Unimaginable Power (東方稀濳群　～ Unstable and Unimaginable Power.) is a fan-made Touhou Project game made for the Hakurei Cleaning game jam by Team Magnitude Manipulators, using LuaSTGErPlus 1.02 as an engine and GameMaker, originally. The game was originally planned to contain 6 stages in the main game, but they were reduced to 3 due to time constraints, with the extra stage being added as part of the new update.

The game was released as an entry to the Hakurei Cleaning Game Jam, on September 30th, 2018. A new update was released on September 2nd, 2019, remaking a major part of the game.  A final update, remaking yet again a major part of the game, was released on September 4th, 2021, updating the game's engine from ErPlus 1.02 to ExPlus 0.82b, having been almost completely remade, along with the new addition of an extra stage.

There is only one playable character for the main game: Reimu Hakurei, with two available shot types in the latest version. For the extra stage, Marisa Kirisame is playable with two shot types.

Gensokyo's inhabitants are behaving erratically, to the point of fairies looking at the sun directly and burning their eyes, as well as other species being born from the mysterious "power" that surrounds this land.
Because of this, our heroines set out to discover who is behind of this maniacal action, Reimu Hakurei heading one direction and Marisa Kirisame another.

Unstable and Unimaginable Power features original music in the style of ZUN, composed by Roka Enzaki, ElianTempest, Spooderboi and an unidentified composer, featuring art by Gwen, AuroraArtz, Tesumanda and Ryann1908.

This is the first western LuaSTG scripting engine-made fangame.

This game features a dynamic translation system, if you want to translate the game to another language, simply copy the "English" folder inside the Library/text/ folder and rename it to your desired language, then alter the files inside. Further instructions located inside that folder! Once you're set, open the game, go to Options and change the game's language there.
